Person-centered. Assist adults with accepting (and thereby chipping away at) the hang-ups that foster distance from authentic subjective experience. Specializations: social anxiety, trans* identities, harm reduction.

Wellness-focused. Manage the evolution and evaluation of group programming aimed at increasing compassion for self and others. Primary routes of behavioral activation: building community and creative confidence via socially-focused groups (Ceramics, Art Journaling, Sing-Along Sober Karaoke, Budget Cooking). Offer light-hearted somatic experiencing instruction (Gentle Yoga, Relaxation Meditation for Beginners).

Empowerment-oriented. Provide strengths-based supervision for staff and volunteers. Authored hands-on/time-flexible Peer Support traineeship. Offer rolling options for client ownership of groups (e.g., sharing recipes, talking us through favorite asanas, growing curricula and co-facilitating activities they’re passionate about).
