Finding Your Path to Healing
Are you feeling stuck despite years of traditional therapy? Finding yourself hitting the same walls with depression, anxiety, or trauma? Sometimes, meaningful change requires a different approach – not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your brain might need help creating new pathways to healing.
I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a treatment that combines the therapeutic power of ketamine with focused psychotherapy to help create breakthroughs that might feel out of reach right now.

Ketamine creates unique opportunities for healing and growth by helping your brain form new pathways and perspectives. This medicine can provide rapid relief from depression and anxiety symptoms, often within hours of your first session. More importantly, it opens windows for deep healing that might feel impossible to access otherwise.
As one client shared: “KAP brought a sense of knowing, of safety and calm, which was quite a relief – I never thought I could get there. The old beliefs and ways of thinking didn’t go away immediately, but I became more aware of them and found a new willingness to change.”
Is This Really Safe?
This is often the first question people have, and it’s an important one. Ketamine is a well-established medicine that’s been safely used in medical settings for decades. When used in KAP, ketamine is prescribed and monitored by licensed medical professionals, using a dosage much lower than medical anesthesia. You’ll be supported through the whole process by a team of experts.

What Does Treatment Look Like?
- 2 initial “dosing” sessions over your first 30 days
- A minimum of 6-8 sessions to see full benefit
- Many clients choose to continue with additional sessions for deeper healing
- Regular meaning-making sessions between ketamine experiences
- Follow-up consultations with the medical team every 3 months to monitor your progress
How Does KAP Work?
Ketamine creates a unique opportunity for healing by:
- Enhancing neuroplasticity, allowing your brain to form new neural pathways
- Increasing optimism and feelings of self-efficacy
- Providing rapid relief from depression and anxiety symptoms (often within 1-2 hours)
- Trying on a different perspective, which can improve self-compassion
- Creating a window for processing emotions that may be difficult to access in traditional therapy
- Supporting lasting improvements through combined medication and therapeutic support
Is KAP Right for You?
KAP may be especially helpful if you’re experiencing:
- Depression or anxiety that hasn’t fully responded to traditional treatments
- PTSD or trauma-related challenges
- A sense of being “stuck” despite previous therapy
- Professional burnout or loss of meaning
- Desire for deeper self-exploration and healing
- Feeling ready to try a new approach to emotional wellness
Many of my clients have tried various treatments and therapies over the years, but found themselves hitting a wall. KAP often helps them access deeper levels of healing, providing relief from patterns that may have felt unchangeable before.
Isn’t KAP Expensive?
The total cost of Journey Clinical’s medical team’s initial evaluation, treatment plan, and medication for up to 2 sessions: $338. You may be eligible for partial insurance coverage, depending on your plan.
On the surface, Ketamine-Assisted Treatment can look spendy. However, it’s often a more affordable option than stand-alone ketamine therapy because once you’ve done the medical intake and have a prescription for ketamine lozenges, you’ll pay $300 per 2-hour dosing session (versus an expensive package). KAP can also catalyze the therapeutic process, which may translate into less therapy in the long run.
