I was fortunate early in my career to be in a position to learn a lot about issues that impact the trans and gender diverse community. I’ve run workshops around allyship, and I’ve run trainings for therapists who don’t happen to be as nerdy as I am about gender. I’m also cis, so what the hell do I know?
