TGD-Competent Clinical Supervision

I was fortunate early in my career to learn extensively about issues impacting the trans and gender diverse community. While I’ve led workshops on allyship and trained therapists in TGD-competent care, I want to be clear that as a cis person, my understanding comes from education, clinical experience, and listening to TGD voices – not lived experience.

My approach to supervision is collaborative and adaptable to your needs. I’m excited to explore multicultural perspectives, especially around TGD care, whether that’s through discussing cases, sharing relevant readings, or examining how our own identities impact our clinical work. While the structure can evolve based on what works best for you, my commitment to TGD-affirming care remains constant.

Here are some tools I made that some people I’ve worked with found helpful. Your mileage will vary 🙂
