Individual Therapy for Adults

Photo of a Sitka spruce that's 250 years old and has many large trunks growing from a single root system. Located a short hike from the parking lot at Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint on the coast.

The Octopus Tree on the Oregon coast is a Sitka spruce that was shaped by human hands — bent young, deliberately, into something that wasn’t its original form. It grew anyway. Multiple trunks now, all of them still reaching for the same light.

Most people find me when something’s stuck. Old patterns resurfacing, relationships that keep going sideways, a pressure-cooker feeling from carrying it alone too long. You don’t need to arrive with it sorted out — that’s what the room is for. My job is to be a place where you can say the whole jumbled thing out loud and have someone take it seriously.

I work with people navigating gender and sexuality, trauma and anxiety, self-esteem, and stress.

Start wherever fits:

Social anxiety. Less dread, more ease around people.

Therapy for tech workers. Especially nonbinary workers and women.

Therapy for burnout. When a monthly massage isn’t going to cut it.

Gender affirming therapy. Support for exploration, transition, and everything alongside.

Surgical assessments. Letters of support – always free.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Deeper work, carefully held.
